The candidate should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional customer service to our customers.   The Move Coordinator’s duties include the following: - Arranging and scheduling services - Interacting with agents and operations personnel, and communicating regularly with clients and end-line customers - Maintaining system updates and documenting monitoring steps - Providing exceptional customer service during the relocation process - Entering shipment orders in the Atlas system and tracing all stages of the order - Contacting various agents and vendors involved to ensure servicing parties understand all move management requirements    Employment Type & Hours: Full-time position with work hours between 8:30am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.  Working 3 days per week in office and 2 days remote.  Possible overtime during peak season.   Benefits:  Drug/extended health/dental/EAP/critical illness/life insurance; pension plan; training opportunities.
