The Accounts Receivable Coordinator is responsible for managing customer accounts and ensuring cash receipts, credits, and debits are applied properly and in a timely manner while maintaining proper efficiency.    Key Responsibilities: - Ensuring cash receipts, credits, and debits are applied properly in our finance system. - Responsible for examining and working inquiries from internal departments and agents and resolve any related issues. - Responsible for setting up and issuing refunds to customers/commission refunds and reports. - Research and resolve errors made by billing, agents, finance department or system. - Ensure the money paid to agents is returned on a timely basis. - Develop standardized procedures and improved efficiencies for the Accounts Receivable and Collections department through continuous training. - Assist management with testing yearly finance system, analyze accounts/statements, or additional projects that management may assign. - Responsible for handling higher-level specialty accounts. - Assist Collection department by entering credits/debits into the finance system and handle collections on the government/409 shipments. - Other duties may be assigned. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience in a fast-paced office environment and effective communication skills.   What You'll be Doing: - Obtain and review information gathered from customers, repair firms, agents, and drivers to properly process a claim from beginning to end. Help review and oversee work information obtained by CSC I and II during this process also. - Use available screens, PC software programs, and Internet sites to gather information to process a claim from beginning to end. - Properly identify and notify agents of their liability and invoice them under the proper Atlas rules. - Send and receive written and verbal correspondence with customers, agents, PVOs, other Atlas departments, and repair firms. This position is responsible for compiling a complete and accurate audit of services for the customer and dispersing earned revenue in accordance with the applicable tariff, company policies, and Rules and Regulations.   Key Responsibilities: - Audits services through online rating system applying appropriate procedures for the individual traffic types. Disperses charges to the agents using online a distribution system based on Atlas' Rules and Regulations and company policies. - Reviews all necessary documents required for billing/processing. Traces needed documents via email to the agent or booker audit. - Communicates with agent for authorization of charges or clarification through email, booker audit, or telephone. - Applies appropriate pricing terms based on the type of traffic using the registration information, tariff, contract summary screens and Atlas Distribution Guide. - Reviews and administers billing requirements of the booker and/or account via billing profile. Ensures billing profile contains current and accurate information per assigned bookers. - Reviews dispatch including notes and annotations for additional information pertaining to the proper audit and distribution. - Works inquiries, 409 short pays, and government charge backs and takes calls from both internal and external customers. - Other duties may be assigned. The Service Desk Analyst III is a senior-level support role that is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving end-user issues.  This includes actively resolving escalated end-user help requests within established SLAs.  This position is also responsible for monitoring software and hardware issues, providing Tier 2 support and being a liaison between other IT areas for problem resolution.  Record all incidents using an incident tracking system according to the defined documentation standards.  Flexibility to adapt to schedules within same shift or different shifts as needed.  After hours on call rotation required.   Key Responsibilities: - Act as an escalation point for complex or difficult help requests. Liaison between IT technical areas for escalated incident resolution as needed.  Fully document all aspects of responsible systems including system design and dependencies, change history, problem history, processes, and procedures.  Recommend policy updates, evaluate documented resolutions, and analyze trends for ways to prevent recurring issues.  Escalate incidents with accurate documentation to suitable technician or vendor, when required.  Contribute to technician knowledge base and training as needed. - Develop automated procedures for the on-going support of responsible systems within the Service Desk. Test fixes to ensure the problem has been adequately resolved. Research solutions through internal and external knowledgebase as needed. - Evaluate and offer recommendations for correcting on-going incidents related to the customer experience. Perform post-resolution follow-ups with Tier I Technicians as required.  Record, track, and document the service desk incident-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made and actions taken, through to final resolution.  Alert management to emerging trends in incidents.  - Assist or lead project implementations to production completing tasks on schedule and according to change management best practices.
