The Senior VP & Chief Financial Officer is responsible for directing and overseeing all aspects of the Finance and Accounting functions of Atlas World Group, Inc., and its subsidiaries. The SVP & CFO must have strong communication skills and have an exceptional ability to build and maintain long-lasting business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance and Accounting functions of the company.
- Ensure the credibility of all financial responsibilities by providing timely and accurate analysis of financial statements, budgets, financial trends, and forecasts.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives, subsidiary presidents, and AWG Board members to identify their needs and seek full range of business solutions.
- Provide executive management with advice on financial implications of business activities.
- Provide leadership and direction in the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives and in-depth financial analysis.
- Ensure effective internal controls are in place and compliant with GAAP and applicable federal, state, and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.
- Hold key role on numerous corporate and subsidiary committees.
- Develop lender relationships to obtain favorable credit arrangements.

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to assist the Chairman and CEO of Atlas World Group!
The Executive Administrative Assistant is to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing reports, handling information requests, preparing correspondence, greeting visitors, arranging calls and in-person events up to company board level and maintaining the executive team members’ overall schedule and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the executive schedule including travel, meetings, and any other scheduling needs.
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, presentations, and other documents using all applicable software.
- Read and analyze incoming communications to determine significance and distribute accordingly.
- Meet with company administrative team members to keep them apprised of role expectations and train where needed.
- Greet visitors for corporate planned events and unscheduled visitors.
- Ad hoc project support.

The Vice President, Operations leads multiple teams providing transportation management and customer service supporting agent network and customers. The role is responsible for internal teams providing household goods transportation and brokerage, move management, and customer service. Vice President Operations is responsible for developing and implementing operational strategy, focused on capacity growth and exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily agent network operations and all internal corporate operational functions, including household goods transportation and brokerage, move management, and customer service.
- Leader of all functions critical to care of customers during the relocation process
- Voice of the professional van operator (driver) to assure high quality service of the core service delivery model (pack-load-haul)
- Assist with both short- and long-term forecasting of operational resource requirements for transportation management.
- Enhance and execute operations strategy for van line and household goods brokerage
- Ensure operational policies and procedures for corporate and agent field
- Initiate continuous improvement strategies that improve internal and external operational efficiency through process and technology.
