We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Accounting and Finance team as an Accounting Coordinator! The Accounting Coordinator supports the Logistics Operations team by managing and processing financial transactions related to the division. This role ensures accuracy and timeliness in billing, accounts payable, and vendor/customer communications, contributing to the overall efficiency of financial operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Review vendor invoices, match them to purchase orders, and release for payment processing.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from customers, vendors, and internal staff regarding financial transactions.
  • Accurately review and input financial data related to Logistics Operations, including billing and accounts payable activities.

Qualifications

What You'll Need:

  • High school diploma and/or GED is required.
  • 0-4 years of experience in accounting, accounts payable/receivable, or financial operations preferred and/or equivalent combination of both education and experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with accounting or ERP systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and review.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with logistics or supply chain operations is a plus.
