Are you an outgoing, motivated individual who thrives on helping others and delivering top-notch customer service? If so, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sorts and distributes agent mail into designated bins for daily mailing preparation.
  • Manages FedEx/UPS deliveries and incoming mail by sorting, distributing to relevant departments, and retrieving mail from bins; handles weighing and metering of outgoing mail.
  • Processes outbound Federal Express shipments using the FedEx computer system.
  • Answers phone calls, routes them accordingly, takes messages, and resolves issues as needed.
  • Assists with fulfilling and shipping Atlas Agent orders in the Shipping Department as required.
  • Enters data into the Federal Express system for all incoming overnight packages.
  • Operates folding machine to prepare correspondence for outbound mail.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Position Details:

  • Employment Type: temporary, hourly
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours per week)

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in customer service or phone-based support is a plus
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners
