We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join the Transportation Services team as a Customer Service Coordinator. The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for providing customer service and operational interaction for transferees in the Move Management program. Monitoring can begin and continue at any stage in the life of a shipment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Agency Contact: Responsible for all scheduling, estimating, and monitoring of shipments as they progress.
  • Shipment Data Entry: Document all steps in move management database. Verify information entered in move management database by agents. Responsible for the accuracy of entered information to ensure prompt invoicing.
  • Receive, review and enter required documentation from service providers.
  • Responsibility to review, update and provide reports to customers and service providers.
  • Customer Contact: Direct communication with customers who contact Move Center with any questions or needs.

Qualifications

What You'll Need:

  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • 0-4 years of job-related experience and/or equivalent combination of both education and experience are required.
