Atlas International is seeking an International Operations Manager to join their team in Evansville, Indiana! The International Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing direct reports and ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. The role includes staffing, training and supervising a team, enforcing company and departmental policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with relevant processes and regulations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage team of relocation coordinators and account managers, and provide training, support and development opportunities.
  • Monitors operational performance, prepares reports, and adjusts work processes to enhance effectiveness of the department.
  • Evaluates employee performance and departmental needs.
  • Enforces company and departmental policies and procedures
  • Guides development of departmental training and participation in company training goals.
  • Ensures compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and other legal and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience and/or equivalent combination of both education and experience are required.
  • Previous leadership experience required.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
