Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and manage data to support operations
  • Provide timely and professional responses to customer emails
  • Communicate effectively with customers and drivers via phone and email
  • Assist with document preparation and general administrative tasks
  • Perform other clerical duties as assigned

Position Details:

  • Employment Type: temporary, hourly
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours per week)

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in customer service or phone-based support is a plus
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners
