Atlas is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Customer Revenue Management team as a CRM Coordinator! Under limited management supervision, the Customer Revenue Management Coordinator II is a mid-level, fully functioning support role. This position is responsible for compiling a complete and accurate audit of services for the customer and dispersing earned revenue in accordance with the applicable tariff, company policies, and Rules and Regulations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audits services through online rating system applying appropriate procedures for the individual traffic types. Disperses charges to the agents using online a distribution system based on Atlas' Rules and Regulations and company policies.
  • Reviews all necessary documents required for billing/processing. Traces needed documents via email to the agent or booker audit.
  • Communicates with agent for authorization of charges or clarification through email, booker audit, or telephone.
  • Applies appropriate pricing terms based on the type of traffic using the registration information, tariff, contract summary screens and Atlas Distribution Guide.
  • Reviews and administers billing requirements of the booker and/or account via billing profile. Ensures billing profile contains current and accurate information per assigned bookers.
  • Reviews dispatch including notes and annotations for additional information pertaining to the proper audit and distribution.
  • Works inquiries, 409 short pays, and government charge backs and takes calls from both internal and external customers.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

What You'll Need:

  • High School diploma and/or GED
  • 2-4 or more years of job-related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience are required.
  • Associate degree preferred.
