Job Overview: Atlas Van Lines is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and focused Marketing Specialist to join our Corporate Marketing team! This position is responsible for various projects related to the marketing and communications efforts of Atlas Van Lines and subsidiary companies. This role is responsible for marketing-related projects as assigned, communications, acting as a conduit of information between Atlas and its marketing partners, assisting in development of news stories and press releases, and the development of various sales and brand development programs. This role will be assisting and gaining experience in various aspects of the Marketing/Communications department.


  • Develop, launch and implement branding programs supporting Atlas initiatives and produce marketing materials
  • Content development and creation of social media strategies to effectively drive brand awareness, engagement and traffic to the website and social media pages
  • Develop a strong communication channel between Atlas companies and Atlas Agents in order to successfully generate awareness of the Atlas brand, as well as act as a resource center for agent marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with partners and liaise with internal teams to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives and identify new channels and mediums for communication and analyze results for reporting and refinement to current campaigns

  • Conduct market research to establish customer trends and run competitive analyses to inform strategy and approach
  • Work as part of the marketing team in order to coordinate and execute corporate meetings, events and trade shows


Employment Type & Hours: This full-time position will consist of 40 hours per week. Hours may fall between 8:00am and 5:00pm, M-F. Flexibility with a hybrid schedule (in office and remote work).  This position will be required to travel about 5% of the time for corporate meetings, events, and trade shows.

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required. Master's is a plus.
  • 5-8 years of job-related experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exhibit program management, channel marketing background, and brand development experience are also preferred
  • Should be competent in Microsoft Office based programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Good time management skills
