Atlas Van Lines is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and energetic Recruiter to join our Fleet Corporate Resources team! The Recruiter is responsible for recruiting and processing CDL Owner Operators for various direct lease fleets. 

 

  • Reviewing new driver applications and follow up on a regular and timely basis
  • Monitoring and assisting contractors with application processing in the Safety department
  • Assisting in coordinating and implementing recruiting programs as needed to maintain level of various fleets as directed by management
  • Transcription, reporting, and administrative duties as directed
  • Preparing responses to contractor inquires of interest in leading to Atlas
  • Monitoring and track responses to different types of ads that have been placed to determine feasibility
  • Coordinating the referral of drivers to agents

 

Employment Type & Hours: This full-time, hourly position will consist of 40 hours per week. Hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, M-F. Flexible work from home opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Excel Spreadsheet and Word Processing software such as Microsoft Office is required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior phone and/or customer service experience
  • Effective problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Good reasoning ability and detail-oriented
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, agents, and other outside organization
  • Prior recruiting experience is a plus
  • Advertising and/or Marketing experience is a plus
