Atlas is hiring a Manager of Financial Planning & Analytics to join our Finance team!  This position will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, long--term planning, and business analysis functions of the Logistics division's Finance team.

• Providing detailed analytics of the business to drive a better understanding of the business leading to improved profitability
• Logistics division's budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes
• Participating in monthly close process, financial reporting, and preparation of GAAP financial statements
• Developing and preparing of monthly reportings packages for division leadership team
• Performing special projects/analysis and other duties as assigned
• Providing input and analysis for decision-making issues (e.g. acquisitions, alliance, mergers, etc.) for the division

Employment Type & Hours: This full-time, exempt position will consist of 40 hours per week. Hours fall between 8:00am and 5:00pm, M-F.  This role may be required to travel 5-10% of the time throughout the United States and/or Canada.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 5+ years of FP&A-related expereince is required
• Previous experience in Logistics of other service industry is ideal
• Knowledge of SQL, Microsoft Power BI and/or other reporting platforms is desired
• CPA or MBA is strongly preferred
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good reasoning ability and detail-oriented
• Advanced knowledge of Database, Spreadsheet, and Word Processing software such as Microsoft Office is required
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, agents, and other outside organizations
• Ability to take initiative and manage deadlines and handle multiple priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision
