Accounts Receivable Coordinator enters and applies daily cash receipts. The ideal candidate will also work in a team environment answering phone calls and emails, process refunds and overpayments to customers and respond to credit card disputes.
The Accounts Receivable Coordinator’s duties include the following:
Employment Type & Hours: This full-time position will consist of 40 hours per week. Hours fall between 8:00am and 5:00pm, M-F. Possible overtime during peak season.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma/GED or equivalent work-related experience is required. 1-3 years of experience is required. General collection or customer service experience is preferred.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basics algebra geometry.
Computer Skills
Experience with accounting software such as Great Plains. Experience with spreadsheet and word processing software such as Microsoft Office.
Reasoning Abilities
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
