The VP, Strategic Planning is responsible for identifying strategic initiatives that would drive the company to its long-term growth and development. This role identifies business opportunities that would generate more revenue resources and profits by conducting data and statistical analysis with the current industry trends. Additionally, this role is actively engaged in the M&A strategy for Atlas World Group. The VP, Strategic Planning will also drive the recruitment of new Agents that will compliment and bolster the existing Agent family and position Atlas World Group for growth. The VP, Strategic Planning must have excellent communication skills and have an exceptional ability to build and maintain long-lasting business relationships.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Business Unit Leaders across the Atlas World Group enterprise to drive long-term growth
  • Seek M&A targets that help drive AWG’s Strategic Plan
  • Drive the recruitment of new Agents that will compliment and bolster the existing Agent family and position Atlas World Group for growth
  • Network development

Employment Type & Hours:

  • This full-time position will consist of 40 hours per week with occasional extra hours.
  • Hours may fall between 8:00am and 5:00pm, M-F.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or industry-related field required; MBA preferred.
  • 10-15 year’s leadership experience
  • Strong strategic thinking capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Thorough understanding of business administration, management, and business forecasting strategies and techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
