The Fleet Director is responsible for giving direction and procedures to personnel to efficiently repair equipment. Coordinates vehicle availability to other departments, schedules and repairs customer units through collaboration of all shop departments.

Education and/or Experience
Associate degree, 3-5 years of job-related experience, or equivalent combination of both education and experience are required. Experience with TMT/Trimble software applications a plus.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Experience with Spreadsheet and Word Processing software, Microsoft Office, position utilizes TMT/Trimble software applications
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Employees are required to travel 10% of the time throughout the United States and/or Canada.
