Atlas Van Lines is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and energetic candidate to join our Fleet Corporate Resources team! The Supervisor of Driver Recruiting is responsible for overseeing and assisting a team of direct reports that are responsible for recruiting and processing drivers for various direct lease fleets.


  • Reviewing new driver applications and follow up on a regular and timely basis
  • Continually tracking advertising lead sources and maintaining related tracking documents/programs to maintain up-to-date and accurate advertising
  • Assisting Driver Recruiters in advancing lead applications to temporary and full qualification
  • Supporting agency recruiting efforts through monitoring and adding to the agent lead generation program
  • Serving as the point person on driver benefit programs
  • Tracking and reporting weekly on both hiring progress and lead generation
  • Creating KPI’s to measure marketing tools
  • Reviewing driver stats and account information on a weekly/monthly basis to determine accurate pay rates for recruiting advertising
  • Supervising daily activities of assigned staff to include training, staff development, discipline, and performance reviews.


Employment Type & Hours: This full-time position will consist of 40 hours per week. Hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, M-F.

  • Knowledge of Excel Spreadsheet and Word Processing software such as Microsoft Office is required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior phone and/or customer service experience is a plus
  • Effective problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Good reasoning ability and detail-oriented
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, agents, and other outside organization
  • 3-5 years of recruiting experience
  • Prior experience managing a team is preferred
  • Advertising and/or Marketing experience is preferred
