Atlas Van Lines is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and dynamic candidate to work as a Safety Coordinator on our team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining organizational compliance that is moderately complex with regards to the Safety Program.


This position’s duties include the following:

  • Working in Safety Program portals to review data; confirming that agents have received the needed data and that they are complying with organizational standards
  • Working with the fleet on any issues that may come up with programs
  • Assigning training/coaching as needed
  • Assigning annual training in the LMS
  • Working within TMW to update driver information with regards to Safety
  • Setting up/confirming set-up of new drivers in LMS and assigns orientation/onboarding program
  • Maintaining systems as needed


Employment Type & Hours: This full-time position will consist of 40 hours per week. Hours are from 8:00am to 5:00pm, M-F.

  • Good proofreading skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Basic math and reasoning abilities
  • Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, agents, and other outside organization
